Job Description:
LEGAL SECRETARY
Our client is known as a "collaborative" legal firm who believe that investing in their staff is investing in their clients.
They are looking for a Legal Secretary to work in their Conveyancing / Property Dept
Are you a capable and experience Legal Secretary? Do you have experience of Conveyancing or a related area and want to work with a highly respected and professional team? Would you like to work where you feel valued and who can offer a salary and benefits to match? Great - please apply today
What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Legal Secretary:
* Liaising with clients over the phone, email and in person
* Opening and closing case files
* Typing Dictation
* Diary management and other administrative tasks such as arranging of appointments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant (preferably gained within Property)
* Strong technical skills including CRM’s, Word, Excel etc
* Excellent communication skills and time management skills
