* Assist in the safe transport of vulnerable individuals with mental health issues or challenging behaviours.
* Collect and drop off service users across the country, ensuring their safety during the journey.
* Engage with service users, build rapport, and ensure their comfort.
* Work in secure environments alongside vulnerable people, providing necessary support.
* Handle various scenarios competently and effectively.
Requirements:
* Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills.
* Full & clean UK drivers license
* Willingness to be on call and meet with the booking team as needed.
* Training provided.
