Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

Salary: Starting at £12.00 per hour during the 3-month probation period, rising to £13.00 per hour after probation (annual salary: £26,208 - £28,392)

Responsibilities:
* Respond to calls from ward staff or site security personnel to address patients with challenging behaviours.
* Dynamically assess situations and take appropriate actions, considering all relevant factors.
* Treat patients with dignity, respect, and a person-centered approach.
* Ensure patient safety and well-being.
* Assist the medical team during emergencies.
* Maintain timely, factual records during shifts.
* Participate in regular training as directed by the management team.
Requirements:
* Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
* Experience with challenging behaviour (desired but not essential)
* Adaptability to team or lone working
* Effective verbal and written communication
* Ability to self-manage workload based on service user requirements
* Competency with modern smartphones
* Full UK driving license (essential for full-time employment)
Essential Requirements:
* Full & Clean UK drivers license
* Shift work (generally 12 hours, days and nights)
* Availability to work Monday to Sunday
