R13 are supporting a brilliant manufacturing business in their search for someone to join their team as Client Care Agent. This is a varied support focused role that will touch on aspects of sales processing, customer service and administration.
This is a great opportunity for some with previous administrative and customer service skills to join a growing business within a hardworking and supportive team.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity, working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. This role is entirely office based. The offered salary for this role is £23,000 -£27,000 depending on experience.

The day to day
* Handling inbound calls, responding to queries and passing information on as appropriate.
* Responding to incoming orders, via phone, email & website, prioritising and processing.
* Developing strong customer relationships through providing outstanding customer service.
* Working closely with the sales team to support customers.
* Ensuring timely order fulfilment & shipping through liaising with warehouse team.
* Tracking & processing orders and returns.
You will have/be
* Proven experience in a customer service position/administrative position.
* Confident in call handling both inbound and outbound.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to self-manage
* Great verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
