Job Description:
My client is a Europe’s leading touring organisation looking for a Operations Support Operator based in Crawley who would be ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the the company’s computer systems in line with defined processes, customer requirements and meeting service level agreements.
Location: Crawley
Environment: Full time, 3 days WFH
Responsibilities:
* Monitor the availability of systems by following predefined processes and procedures.
* Liaise with business stakeholders and support partners to maintain services and support for business users.
* Ensure all user requests are resolved within agreed Service Levels.
* Record incidents/problems and escalate effectively to resolve issues as soon as possible.
* Manage, monitor and run applications to maintain daily, evening, monthly and ad-hoc schedules ensuring correct parameter details are entered.
* Monitor the Data Centre environment, report any issues to Service Desk and support partners for investigation.
Key experience/Skills
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Excellent technical and IT support skills.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, SAP, Google Workspace (or similar).
* Knowledge of secure data transfer processes.
* Good understanding of IT security and data protection.
* Experience of IT service management tools, SLAs and service reporting.
* Able to produce clear, concise support documentation.
