Customer Service Representative
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 plus bonus
Location: Greater Manchester
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm
Our client is market leading in the property sector in Manchester.
They have an exciting opportunity with a role that is at the heart of their award winning and growing business.
Responsibilities:
* Handling all telephone and online enquiries, ensuring that the brand is represented appropriately and meeting customers’ expectations where possible.
* Working to individual and team KPIs.
* Responding to all customer contacts in a friendly and timely manner and record all information required to support on-going customer relationship management.
* Ensuring online enquiry service levels are continually achieved and exceeded where appropriate.
* Adhering to policies and procedures.
Who we’re looking for:
* Customer service experience.
* Desire to succeed.
* Excellent sales skills
* PC Literate
* Problem solving abilities
* The drive to build customer rapport
* Ability to handle pressure working in a busy environment.
