Job Description:
R13 are pleased to be assisting an established and renowned multi franchise motor dealership in their search for a Showroom Manager to join their Norwich Team. This integral role focuses on ensuring the customer journey is exciting and enjoyable, turning visitors into lifelong customers. You will be someone who loves providing outstanding customer service, thrives on exceeding targets and is continuously finding ways to improve. This role would suit an experienced motor sales professional looking to take the next step in their career journey to Sales Management.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 5 days per week, weekend working will be required on a rota basis. The offered salary for this role is £30,000 basic + company car and uncapped earning potential (OTE £50k).

The day to day
* Developing strong customer relationships, genuinely caring about & listening to their needs.
* Providing leadership & coaching to your team, ensuring targets are met.
* Investigating and handling customer complaints, ensuring customers are responded to in a timely manner.
* Proactively seeking new leads/opportunities through effective prospecting activities.
* Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer programs, products & services.
* Deputising in absence of Sales Manager.
You will have/be
* Proven track record within a motor trade sales environment.
* Experience leading/guiding others.
* Excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills.
* Competent IT & CRM skills, with the ability to analyse data & carry out reporting.
* Full UK Driving license is essential.
