Job Description:
R13 are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to join an established and hugely successful Norwich based, multi franchise motor dealership. This role is at the forefront of all thing’s customer service, focused on optimising workflow, managing service and ensure everything runs smoothly to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 5 days per week, weekend working will be required on a rota basis. The offered salary for this role is £40,000 basic with uncapped earning potential (OTE £50k).

The day to day
* Managing a team, leading, coaching and inspiring others to ensure a collaborative and high-performance environment.
* Developing & maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Investigating customer complaints, ensuring these are dealt with in a timely manner.
* Streamlining processes to ensure a smooth customer journey, with a focus on efficiency, cost control & quality standards.
* Carrying out weekly reviews including financial forecasts, rebates and bonus earnings.
* Maintaining up to date knowledge of manufacturer programs and requirements.
* Analysing data to drive operational decision making.
You will have/be
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Excellent customer service skills with strong communication & listening skills.
* Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and inspire employees.
* A strategic thinker, able to effectively prioritise and adjust plans based on trends/customer behaviour.
* Confident CRM user, able to manipulate reports & data.
* Adaptable, able to take on new challenges.
* Full UK Driving license is essential.
