The successful CDM Advisor will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with CDM regulations, promoting best practices in health and safety, and supporting project teams throughout the construction process. Responsibilities. * Providing expert advice and guidance on CDM regulations to clients, contractors, and design teams.. * Conducting risk assessments and ensuring that health and safety considerations are integrated into the design and construction phases.. * Preparing and reviewing pre-construction information, construction phase plans, and health and safety files.. * Facilitating design team meetings and risk workshops to promote a proactive approach to health and safety.. * Conducting site inspections and audits to monitor compliance and identify potential risks.. * Delivering training sessions and workshops on CDM regulations and safety protocols..
