The successful Principal Designer will. * Provide expert advice on health and safety during the design phases of projects.. * Conduct thorough risk assessments and design reviews.. * Ensure compliance with the CDM 2015 regulations.. * Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and contractors.. * Prepare and manage pre-construction information and health and safety files.. * Facilitate and lead design workshops and safety briefings.. Requirements. * Degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or a related field.. * NEBOSH Construction Certificate.. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a Principal Designer role.. * Strong understanding of CDM 2015 regulations.. * Proven experience in design risk management.. * Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.. * Membership with IOSH or APS preferred..
