Day-to-day of the role:
* Advise on all aspects of Landlord and Tenant Real Estate work, including acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, relocations, lease management, rent reviews, and property refinancing.
* Work on the property aspects of business acquisitions, sales, and reorganisations in collaboration with our Corporate team.
* Operate independently on complex and specialised matters, as well as collaborate with a team of legal professionals.
* Provide excellent client care and maintain strong communication throughout all stages of legal proceedings.
* Engage in marketing and networking activities to support business development and cultivate new opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Real Estate Solicitor specialising in Landlord and Tenant matters.
* Ability to handle a varied caseload with a high degree of independence.
* Strong client care and communication skills.
* A focus on marketing and networking for business development
