Job purpose
*Lead a team of experienced accountants, managing the delivery of audit and accounts.
*Oversee a significant, diverse, and loyal client portfolio, striving for service excellence.
*Build trusted client relationships, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
*Work closely with Partners to ensure client expectations and deadlines are being met.
*Support the team with the completion of audit and accounts projects.
*Review the work of junior team members, providing constructive mentorship.
*Provide training opportunities for the team, nurturing talent and driving development.
*Scope new business opportunities by representing the firm at networking events.
*Identify new service lines for clients, overseeing accounts with a commercial mindset.
*Set an example to the team as an integral senior team member.
