The PPC Manager will have a deep understanding of digital marketing a analytical mindset and the passion to drive the business forward
Key duties will be as follows:

* Reporting to the Head of Digital the PPC Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing the PPC campaigns across a variety of platforms.
* The goal of the PPC Manager will be to ensure all online marketing have the highest possible ROI
* Develop, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
* Offer strategic insight and direction for the PPC activities to our branch network
* Manage the PPC budget
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance
* Conduct research to identify high-performing, cost-effective keywords.
* Create compelling ad copy and visual content that aligns with our brand and drives engagement.
* Use analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
* Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
* Work closely with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals.

The PPC Manager will have the following skills and expertise:

* Experienced PPC Manager or similar role in a digital marketing setting.
* A strong understanding and technical ability with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Sheets, and ideally (but not critical) Looker Studio and Big Query.
* In-depth understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
* Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
* Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
