Senior Finance Assistant
iMultiply are engaged on the position of Senior Finance Assistant with a small business based in Edinburgh
The Company
A small Accountancy Firm based in Edinburgh. The Firm is well-established with a loyal and longstanding client base. The Firm’s offices offer parking.
The Role
The successful candidate will ideally have 3 years of finance experience and be highly motivated to deliver exemplary customer service. Candidates will be considered with a Practice or Industry background.
On Offer
The position of Senior Finance Assistant has arisen based in Edinburgh and is paying a salary of between £30,000 - £35,000.
Day to day you will be responsible for;
* Assisting in the preparation of management accounts
* Recording financial transactions
* Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, and bank accounts at the end of each month
* Monitor financial transactions and reports.
* Process accounts receivable and payable
* Liaising with clients
To be considered for the role you will ideally have;
* 3 years of finance experience
* Accountancy Practice/Firm or Industry background
* Experience of Xero
* Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The position of Senior Finance Assistant offers a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on your experience.
