The Role:
As a Daily Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and effective lessons across various subjects. You will provide continuity in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring students receive quality education every day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects, maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Adapt quickly to different school settings, teaching methods, and student needs.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a conducive learning environment.
* Follow lesson plans provided by regular teachers or create engaging lessons when necessary.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Build positive relationships with students and staff, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Certification.
* Experience in teaching at the secondary school level.
* Strong subject knowledge across a range of subjects.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
* Commitment to student success and continuous professional development.
