Working closely with the Managing Director and with the wider team to improve and add value in all areas of the business. This is a varied and hands-on role from day-to-day accounting through to providing commercial expertise and advice to ensure the continued success and growth of the business.
* Lead a small team of Finance staff to produce regular and ad hoc management information to aid key decision-making
* Contribute to the achievement of the company business objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategy
* Develop and control the annual operating budget to ensure all financial targets are met
*  Overseeing the finance system and ensuring that adequate internal controls and checks are in place
*  Overseeing and liaising with external auditors to ensure that the financial accounts are presented accurately
You will be;
* Qualified Accountant or exceptional Commercial Qualified by Experience Accountant
* Previous experience as a Finance Manager
* Hands-on attitude
* Strategic thinking with the ability to create and implement long-term plans
* Commercial acumen with the ability to add value  and the ability to develop a commercial mindset in others
