Job Description:
Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant
Location: Marylebone (5 days a week office based)
Rate: £18-£23 an hour (via umbrella company)
Duration: 2-month contract (immediately available)
Key responsibilities
Venn Group are looking for an interim Accounts Payable Assistant at a luxury 5* hotel in London. As an Accounts Payable Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring that the Hotel is paying all invoices within the stipulated time frame. You will be accountable for ensuring the completion of payments to suppliers/vendors and for controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
Your role will be assisting with ’month-end’ cover and you will provide Monthly Accruals to the Management Accountant completed in full for review.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous Accounts Payable experience
* Previous hotel experience
