Job Description:
Role: Senior Administrator
Location: Harrogate Town Centre
Hours: Full Time
Salary: Up to £40,000
We are recruiting on behalf of a Harrogate firm for a Senior Administrator. In this role, you’ll be dealing with day to day operations, supporting administrators and ensuring the business follows industry policy and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform day-to-day operations administration tasks efficiently and accurately
• Oversee and ensure compliance with CASS 6 and CASS 7 regulations
• Manage the administration of investments
• Provide first-line support to administrators, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance
• Participate in project management and business change initiatives
• Maintain and improve firm processes and compliance protocols
Requirements:
• Experience working in the financial industry, ideally within financial planning or banking
• Knowledge of CASS 6 & 7 (Client Assets & Client Money)
• IAQ or IOC qualifications, preferably up to Level 3
