Cleaner required in the B33 area.

A full UK drivers licence is required for this role as a company van will be supplied after the training period. 

Our client is a very well established leading provider of vacant property services, site and people protection in the UK. They work with a wide range of clients across a range of sectors to include social housing, construction, commercial, corporate and public sectors. 

You will be expected to work as part of a team to turn around vacant properties ready for occupancy as well as cleaning communal areas in shared accommodation. The work will be based around the Birmingham area. 

Main duties will include:
* Deep cleaning of vacant and tenanted properties
* Cleaning of communal areas
* Cleaning of public access areas
* Deep cleaning of surfaces,furniture and appliances
* Sweep, mop and vacuum floors 
Requirements:
* A full valid driving licence is essential 
* Must live local to the Garrett’s Green area
* Previous cleaning experience 
* Reliable and hard working 
* ’Can do’ attitude
* Prepared to work hard and clean to a good standard 

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break 

The role temporary  - permanent.
