Job Advertisement: Nursery Staff - Full and Part Time
Location: Otley/Ilkley
Are you passionate about working with young children and looking for a rewarding role in a nurturing environment? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated nursery staff to join our team in Otley and Ilkley. Whether you are qualified or unqualified, we have full-time and part-time positions available with initial training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities that promote children’s development and learning.
* Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to explore and thrive.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and inclusive nursery community.
* Assist with daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play times.
* Maintain a clean and organized nursery setting, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
* Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to undertake initial training and ongoing professional development.
* Driving license preferred but not essential.
