Our client is a respected employer in the local area and they are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join them on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
Working closely with stakeholders both internal and external, the position will be part of a friendly team providing cover for someone on a project and duties will include
* Production of month end management accounts
* Budgeting and forecasting with stakeholders
* Variance analysis
* Accruals and prepayments
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Control account preparation and review
* Ad hoc project work
The ideal candidate will be a post-qualified accountant with proven experience of producing management accounts but candidates who are qualified by experience with the right exposure will also be considered.
Strong IT skills are essential, notably Excel, and experience of ERP systems would be a distinct advantage.
