Job Description:
A temporary receptionist required for our client based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. A full week handover with the current receptionist will take place.
An onsite role based working Monday to Thursday 8.30am until 5pm and 8.30am until 4pm on Friday.
Managing a busy switchboard and transferring calls. Meeting and greeting guests that come into the building. Help with the post and administrative tasks.
You will need to be available on the 22nd, 23rd July and 29th, 30th July 2024.
We are looking for an approachable, friendly, and helpful person with an excellent telephone manner and proficient on all MS office packages.
