Job Description:
This DEI & SI role is to drive and grow the regional strategy and will be critical to support the definition of a plan that secures the ongoing DEI & SI progress, employee engagement and measure of advancements that Page Group will need to deliver as part of our strategic objectives and long-term strategy.

Description
* To develop and execute the DEI & SI agenda in UK, in line with the Global Business and DEI/SI strategies
* Maintain key stakeholder relationships with regional board/Leadership team and to drive action and outputs to ensure DEI & SI is recognised as a key strategic lever for breakthrough thinking and high performing teams
* Work with UK board/leadership to progress against UN SDG goal of 50:50, working to develop equitable support to maxmise diversity of talent pipelines
* To work together with Global DEI & SI team on a number of core DEI projects to support cultural change at PageGroup and SI projects to support our Changing 1 million lives goal
* Manage relationship with LTSB charity and local NGO’s to co-create skills sharing opportunities for our employees to volunteer at, ensuring tracking of impact
* Collaborate with the ERG’s to drive individual strategies for all networks
* Collaborate with Talent Management on mentoring programmes in region - e.g Women at Page mentoring, Reverse Mentoring
* To oversee (and develop) existing partnerships with our DEI membership organisations e.g BITC, Clear Company to create opportunities to grow in both strength and influence
* Monitor and analyse regional DEI & SI data and produce management information reports
* Work closely with Talent, P&C BP’s, Marketing & Operations to communicate and deliver best practice across the region
* To share news, success stories, best practice initiatives, research and statistics across the region - to build awareness and generate business
* Execute all global & local DEI campaigns across the region - to include: webinars, workshops, profiles and role models
* Represent PageGroup externally - conferences, webinars, speaking at events, awards/recognition/benchmarks - and act as a media spokesperson as appropriate

* Curious and solution driven, proactive and resourceful
* Strong interpersonal relationship building skills; both virtually and via in-person presentations in the office
* Adept influencer across all levels of seniority, particularly at Board level
* Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering regional projects within specified timeframes
