Job Description:
IT Support Engineer
Sandy (onsite)
£25,000-30,000 per annum (DOE)
I have partnered with a leading flower company who are looking to expand their team with an IT Support Engineer. You will be responsible for providing 1st/2nd line support and on the odd occasion getting involved with project based work.
Responsibilities:
* Service Desk support- 1st/2nd line
* Maintenance of backup processes
* Software installations, patching + upgrades
* Troubleshooting hardware, software, networks
Experience:
* Microsoft products- Office 365
* Windows Servers + Operating systems
* Knowledge of network devices- PCs, laptops, printers
* Office 365 administration
* LAN/WAN
* Knowledge of Azure (beneficial)
