People Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our client within the Industrial Safety Equipment industry, to drive sales by generating and converting customer and new customer quotations into sales orders.
This is a fantastic opportunity that offers the flexibility of home working!
Working 8:45am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 5:00pm finish on Fridays
This position is a Fixed Term contract for 12 months covering for Maternity Leave.

Day to Day Duties
As a Sales Administrator, your duties will include:
*  Create and deliver accurate and timely quotations for customers, ensuring all information is complete.
*  Interact with suppliers to obtain pricing for special order items.
*  Review request for quotes and ensure all necessary information is provided by the customers.
*  Work with external sales team to effectively manage the customer’s requests.
*  Provide accurate and up to date pricing information for all products and services requested.
*  Chase quotes and convert to sales orders.
*  Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to all customer inquiries and concerns
*  Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the quoting process.
Essential Skills
It is essential as a Sales Administrator that you:
*  Significant experience in customer account management, ideally in a B2B environment.
*  Technologically astute
*  Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
*  Demonstrable experience in customer services or quoting role
*  Problem solver with great initiative
*  Good head for numbers
*  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*  Proficient in Excel and Word
*  Able to prioritise, develop work schedule, and influence others to achieve results.
Desirable Experience
It would be desirable as a Sales Administrator:
*  Knowledge of the industry advantageous
*  Knowledge of the reseller / dealer channel model is advantageous
