Job Description:
judgementinistrative Assistant will provide a range of administrative and secretarial duties include typing, scanning, photocopying to support the Pharmacy Technician Team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain and update databases, learner records and event trackers and provide information for reporting purposes as required
Make and receive telephone calls from internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues, using initiative and judgment on action required and where necessary refer on to the appropriate person
Responding to queries from learners via email and telephone
Provide support for the organisation and management of training events and study days, including the organisation of external venues, catering and distribution of information to attendees

Essential Requirements

Level 3 secretarial or administration qualification (i.e., NVQ level 3 or RSA qualification) or equivalent demonstrable experience of administrative / office skills and knowledge.
Experience of working in an administrative / office environment.
Familiar and competent with Microsoft IT packages, especially Work, Excel andPowerPointt.
Familiar and confident using email and searching the internet.
