A property organisation are looking for a confidential Interim HR Business Partner to join immediately. The role will be operating as a true HR Business Partner with a key focus on leading TUPE programs. The role is for an initial 6-9 months, based in London and offering hybrid working.

An Interim HR Business Partner to:
- Operate as a true HR Business Partner
- The role has a key focus to lead a number of TUPE in and out projects for some newly acquired projects
- Lead on T&C changes and harmonisation
- Lead on mobilisation during the TUPE process from different contracts
- Lead and support on a variety of HR Projects (to be discussed)
- Potential to lead on restructure programs too
Profile
An Interim HR Business Partner with:
- Previous experience in property or facilities management desirable
- Previous experience operating as a HR Business Partner and leading on a variety of TUPE changes
- Available to start immediately
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
