My client specialises in the management of luxury spas and private wellness clubs within the residential sector is looking for a Welcome Host.

As the full-time Welcome Host at the flagship residential development in Nine Elms, you will be responsible for:  
* Providing exceptional service to residents, addressing their needs efficiently.
* Managing bookings and reservations for exclusive facilities.
* Ensuring security and safety for all occupants.
* Coordinating amenities and collaborating with other teams for seamless operations.
* Delivering top-notch customer service and maintaining a polished appearance.
* Communicating effectively and maintaining cleanliness standards.
* Reporting any issues promptly and maintaining confidentiality.
* Taking action in emergencies and adhering to schedules.
* Being flexible and accommodating to meet residents’ needs.
* Facilitating smooth booking processes and encouraging residents to enjoy the amenities responsibly. 
About you
  
To shine as a ambassador, you will have:

* Outstanding communication skills - polite and positive, professional and personable
* A passion for surprising and delighting and reassuring and respecting all residents
* A confident, and welcoming demeanour and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Documented evidence of eligibility to live and work in the UK, without restrictions
We are currently offering a full-time position - 40 hours per week. You must be able to work a shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off from 10:00-2100 including, over both weekdays and weekends.
