Job Description:
**New Opportunity – HR Manager**
Venn Group are working with a leading social housing providers, who are looking to recruit a HR Manager to start as soon as possible.
The successful HR Manager will be joining a dynamic and growing organisation, and will have the ability to execute HR Manager responsibilities to a high standard.
Title: HR Manager
Location: West Sussex
Salary: £45,000- £50,000
Hours: Full time
Contract : Permanent
Duties:
* Implementation of the People strategy, ensuring this aligns with company goals
* Overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes from interviews to onboarding
* Provide guidance on people policies and procedures ensuring these are up to date
* Implement new ideas to drive engagement, embed the company values, and nurture a culture of inclusivity
* Oversee learning and development programmes, identifying specific training needs
Essential Skills:
* CIPD qualified level 5 or equivalent
* Previous HR Management experience
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and 365 applications
Desirable Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Committed to learning and professional CPD
