Salary: £55,200 - £83,000 + performance related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Change Manager. You will be responsible for steering transformative initiatives and ensuring projects align with organisational goals and standards. This role is pivotal for driving change and operational improvements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing multiple project lifecycles from initiation to completion in complex change or transformation environments.
* Deliver a program-specific budget and benefits profile of at least £4m while effectively managing stakeholder relationships.
* Develop and implement robust change management methodologies and principles to support business transformation.
* Navigate and assess risks in sensitive environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and best practice standards.
* Enhance communication and engagement efforts with excellent written and verbal skills.
What do I need?
To excel in this role, you will need the following:
* Significant experience in Business Change or Transformation and best practices within large, complex programs, with a preference for LEAN Six Sigma.
* Previous people management and experience with change impacts.
* Proven experience managing program-specific budgets of at least £4m.
* Exceptional communication skills, able to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels.
* Skilled in identifying change impacts in sensitive environments brought about by transformation initiatives.
* Insight into business IT requirements and their impacts on staff, especially field-based personnel.
You should have an awareness of the inter-relationship between Distribution, Transmission, and a broad knowledge of other SSE businesses.
While not a requirement for the role, a professional qualification or accreditation in change, transformation, or program delivery would be advantageous.
