The Role: We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and be dedicated to supporting the educational and emotional development of our pupils. You will be responsible for delivering a broad and balanced curriculum, tailored to meet the needs of all learners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies.
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on pupil progress.
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
About You:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably Year 4.
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to continuous professional development.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
* A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude.
* ECTs are welcome!
