Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support teachers in delivering high-quality education and provide personalized assistance to students to help them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers with lesson planning and preparation
* Support students individually or in small groups to enhance their learning
* Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
* Assist with the organization of classroom materials and resources
* Participate in school activities and events
* Provide support for students with special educational needs (SEN)
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
* A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Basic understanding of child development and educational practices
* DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be required
