Job Purpose *Act as the primary project lead for a varied portfolio of clients and audits.
*Coach and project manage the on-site team to review work, provide support and ensure quality control.
*Work on high-risk areas of audit files.
*Review statutory accounts, corporation tax computations and returns.
*Preparation of reports to support Audit Managers and Senior Managers during client meetings.
*Support junior staff by reviewing work and knowledge sharing.
*Liaise directly with clients, building strong rapport and proactively handling queries.
*Work to client expectations, budgets, and deadlines.
*Promote services to existing and prospective clients.
*Champion your own professional development, proactively learning from the experienced team.
*Be involved in strategic projects both in the office and wider firm.
*Manage your own time effectively to ensure deadlines are always met.

*At least 3 years’ audit practice experience.

*Self-motivated with a passion for progression and business development.
*A strong work ethic, time management and project management skills.
*Enthusiasm to learn from an experienced team.
*Proactive problem solver with the ability to conduct research autonomously.
