Job Description:
Title: Administrator
Location: Harrogate, HG3
Hours: Full Time & Office based
Salary: Up to £28,000
We are looking for an organised administrator to join a business based on the outskirts of Harrogate. You’ll be part of a close-knit team dealing with logistics and order processing.
Responsibilities:
• Raise purchase orders
• Liaise with overseas suppliers and manage associated import requirements
• Handle import licenses, customs declarations, and ensure accurate reporting of VAT & duties
• Maintain detailed records and ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks
Skills:
• Proven experience in office administration and customer service
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills
• Experience in procurement and import/export is highly regarded, but training will be provided to suitable candidates
