Corporate Associate - Cardiff

The right candidate for this role will be 3+ years post-qualified, with a proven ability to work within a team and develop business.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver commercially savvy, practical, and legally sound advice on company law and business matters.
* Ensure full compliance with all regulatory legislation by adhering to required processes and procedures.
* Serve as a role model, both within the organization and externally.
* Contribute to business planning as well as the Corporate Team’s other strategies and initiatives.
* Stay informed on key legal and business developments.
* Foster first-class, trusted relationships by engaging with existing and new clients.
