A national chartered surveying consultancy are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their close knit, professional Surveying team in Milton Keynes.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s Role
Working independently, but reporting into the Quantity Surveying Director, the Senior Quantity Surveyor shall be responsible for delivering a mixture of commercial (warehouses, retail parks, and office refurbishments) and education projects.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will deliver pre and post contract services, ensuring that projects are completed to a high calibre throughout their life cycle.
You will also have the opportunity to build your own pipeline of work and clients.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
* Within commutable distance of Milton Keynes
* Pre and post contract experience
* MRICS would be preferable, not essential
* You will need PQS/Consultancy experience
* A successful track record of running projects independently
