Job Description:
Pure are working exclusively with a well established client who are looking for a experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join their customer service team due to growth. 

Main Duties:
* Creating a booking spreadsheet from trackers for jobs due that month
* Management of a tracker on system of data for property/construction clients
* Running a small team of 3-4 call handlers, admin staff
* Delegating daily admin tasks, emails, booking jobs etc
* Delivering targets and KPI’s to the team
Key Requirements:
* Must have Team Leading experience within a office environment
* Have worked within a similar environment construction, property.
* Excellent Customer Service experience
* Confident, friendly personality 
* Driven and motivation 
* Must be able to drive due to location
* Must have good Excel knowledge
