Job Description:
The People & Culture Advisor will support the People Director and Heads of Service, acting as a credible subject matter expert on all people matters
Client Details
My client is a small but growing Tech business, with offices in Manchester and London
Description
Reporting direct to the People Director, the People & Culture Advisor will act as a key member of the small People team. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to);
* Playing a key part in advising and coaching line leaders in employee relations matters
* Taking the operational lead on all employee lifecycle activities, from recruitment to exit interviews
* Leading on Employee Engagement activities, including surveys and related activities
* Support the People Director on any restructuring activities, including TUPE
* Contribute to the continuous improvement HR systems, policies and practices
* Keep up to date with employment legislation and practices
* Managing regular social activities for the business
* Office management and facilities duties
* Being passionate and demonstrate behaviours in line with the Company’s ethos, vision and key principles
Profile
The successful People & Culture Advisor should have:
* Demonstrable experience in a similar role as an operational People Advisor
* Solid experience of supporting senior leaders on employee relations issues, and driving organisational engagement activities
* Experience of supporting on restructures and TUPE is ideal
Job Offer
* A salary of £36,000 - £42,000 plus benefits
* Hybrid working (3 days per week in the Manchester offices)
