Pratap Partnership is delighted to be working with a very successful global business, that provides services to some of the world’s most recognised brands, to recruit a Senior Financial Accountant to join the Group Finance Team.   This is a great opportunity for a technically strong qualified accountant to join a business at an exciting time in its growth journey!  
As well as managing a qualified team member, the successful applicant will be responsible for various accounting and control activities and will play a crucial role in ensuring that compliance and technical accounting requirements are understood and addressed as the business expands.  The role will be varied and will include reviewing statutory financial statements and ensuring audits are on track, monthly accounting and reporting, working with project teams, and business partnering with a variety of other teams across finance and the wider business.  
To be successful in this role you will be:
* An experienced qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience of preparing and reviewing statutory accounts a good understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS
* Strong attention to detail and proven experience of strengthening financial controls
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
* Ideally experience in people management
