Retail Manager, London - £45k-£50k plus commission
 
My client, a luxury skincare brand, is seeking a passionate and driven Retail Manager to lead a luxury department store counter and be responsible to drive the overall success of the brands wider retail. As the face of the brand, you will represent the esteemed skincare and beauty products with professionalism and enthusiasm. In this role, you will manage all aspects of retail within the brand, working collaboratively with the marketing team to showcase the products across various retail outlets, whilst driving sales and brand awareness.
* Responsible for luxury department store counter and the overall performance & success of the team and revenue
* Working closely with head office to manage all other retail partners of the brand
* Representing the brand in a professional manner at all times
* Driving sales and brand awareness
Preferred Requirements:
* Proven experience in skincare sales, retail, and customer service
* Proven counter manager experience
* Passion and knowledge of skincare and beauty products
* Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
* Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Experience in collaborating with marketing teams to optimize brand presence in multiple retail outlets
Preferred Qualifications:
* Beauty Therapy NVQ level 3 or equivalent, desirable but not essential
Package:
* Salary of £45,000 and £50,000 per year
