Job Description:
Venn Group is excited to partner with a Local Authority to recruit a specialist Interim Change and Adoption Lead. This project aims to deliver automated, centralised Power BI dashboards to enhance financial reporting efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility across the council.
The Interim Change and Adoption Lead will develop and deliver comprehensive training and support to ensure successful adoption of the new Power BI dashboards, replacing the manual processes associated with the finance and other peripheral systems.
Previous experience working with Power BI and Power Automate products is required.
Working Arrangement: Hybrid - On-site working is required, attending the office in London 2-3 times a week.
Responsibilities of the Interim Change and Adoption Lead:
* Develop and deliver training materials around the use of Power BI
* Conduct face-to-face and online training sessions
* Create and maintain user-friendly training materials, including a “How to” guide, video demonstrations, and user support guidance for the intranet
* Manage and support early adopters of the dashboards, providing training to the finance team (business partners and senior leaders)
* Measure success, track adoption statistics, and report on these metrics
* Collaborate with the project team and business stakeholders to develop and implement change and adoption strategies and roll-out plans
Essential Skills and Experience required of the Interim Change and Adoption Lead:
* Expertise in Power BI and Power Platform products
* Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide training and support
* Proficient in delivering oral and written presentations
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products (PowerPoint, Co-pilot, Word, Excel)
* Experience in delivering training support and/or communication plans
* Ability to deliver training using a hybrid approach (home and on-site)
* Able to work with the Project Team and Business Stakeholders to deliver Change and Adoption, roll out plans
* Experience working on Agile projects and SCRUM, as well as familiarity with AzureDevOps (Desirable)
