Resourcery Group have an amazing opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a business based just outside the bustling Liverpool City Centre.
The Role: As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the company. Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing invoices and payments
* Reconciling bank statements
* Assisting with month-end financial reports
* Debtors review, resolution of account queries and management of debt recovery.
* To ensure timely and accurate entry of financial information into SAP
* Daily submission of invoices to company bank and draw down of cash
* Accruals / Prepayments.
* Assist with VAT returns and Intrastat returns
* Supporting the annual audit
* To provide and suggest areas of process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce operational cost.
* Provide ad-hoc support to the Senior Management Accountant
