PageGroup are supporting a growing manufacturing business based in North Leicestershire with the appointment of a HR Manager to join a busy HR function.
Due to the nature of this sector, this role is fully office based working.
Description
Reporting to a HR Director, the role of HR Manager will support with the management of a small HR team taking responsibility for the full people life cycle of a busy manufacturing site.
This will include but not limited to:
* Provide high quality advice to stakeholders on all people matters
* Continually review and embed HR policies and procedures
* Offer advice and guidance to managers with employee relations cases
* Manage the recruitment and selection process
* Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, retention and attraction of staff
* Support the HR Director to develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the company
* Nurture a positive working environment
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Profile
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar role.
You may currently be a HR Manager looking for a new challenge. Alternatively, you maybe a HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor looking for the next step in your career.
