The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a manufacturing business based in Peterborough, who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Management Accountant to act as a right hand person to the Finance Director.

This is a crucial role where you will not only be producing the Management Accounts, but more so interrogating them to provide detailed analysis and commentary and putting in place recommendations for improvements.

Your day to day responsibilities:
* Production of the monthly Management Accounts.
* Assisting with yearend audits
* Forecasting & budgeting
* Variance analysis
* Putting together board packs.
* Business partnering with department heads.
* Costing and margin analysis.
* Line management of a small team.
So, what does the successful candidate look like? Qualifications aren’t essential for this one but you do need to have worked in a manufacturing environment before. You will need to display a proven background in detailed analysis and process improvement.

This role is fully site based so you will need to live a commutable distance to Peterborough.

The salary for the role is paying between £50,000- £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
