Cover Supervisor
Location: Cramlington, Northumberland
Salary: £75 to £100 per day
Contract: Temporary/Full-Time
Start: ASAP/September 2024
GSL Education is seeking a dynamic and proactive Cover Supervisor to work in schools in Cramlington, Northumberland.
Job Summary: The Cover Supervisor will be responsible for managing the classroom, ensuring students remain on task and continue their learning during the absence of their regular teacher.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes and deliver pre-set work left by the teacher.
* Manage classroom behavior and ensure a constructive learning environment.
* Assist students with their work by providing constructive feedback and support.
* Maintain classroom resources and records.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role or strong educational background.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage groups of students and enforce discipline.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
