Are you looking for a new challenge in the Daventry area? We have an exciting opportunity for a Temp to Perm Office Administrator in Braunston, Daventry.
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
As an Office Administrator, you will be a crucial part of our small, friendly team. Your responsibilities will include processing quotes, raising jobs, handling paperwork, and supporting our service coordinators. 
Key aspects of the role:
? Liaise with Engineers and clients across various sectors
? Input data and manage timesheets
? Assist with incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
? Generate monthly reports and communicate with management
? Identify opportunities for improvement and work towards enhancing efficiency
? Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and engineers
? Solve problems and handle escalations when necessary
? Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information in our database
? Review and update customer contracts as needed
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Previous experience working with engineers would be a plus
A team player mindset and excellent customer service skills
Reliability and the ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft packages
