Job Description:
Young Person’s Support Worker Required
Contract type: Permanent
Hours per week: Full Time
Location: North Nottingham
Venn Group are looking for a dedicated support worker to start immediately at a housing charity. If you are passionate about helping the most vulnerable members of society apply now.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing a caseload
* Supporting service users age 16-25
* Conducting welfare checks
* Implementing and following support plans
* Helping with risk assessments
* Understanding of Safeguarding Procedures
* Maintaining a full log of events during shift
* Progress and track referrals made into the service
The successful candidate will have:
* Enhanced DBS
* Driving Licence
