We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ITU Nurse for one of the Trusts in London to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a leading healthcare facility, providing exceptional care to patients in the Intensive Therapy Unit (ITU).
Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ITU
* Monitor and assess patient conditions, promptly identifying any changes
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
* Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
* Provide support and education to patients’ families
* Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure patient safety and quality care
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
* Minimum of 1 year’s experience in an ITU setting
* Strong clinical skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a high-pressure environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to continuous professional development and learning
