Job Description:
Job Title: Finance Administrator
Job description: We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator based in Liverpool
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Hybrid - 2 days a week in the office
Duties will include:
* Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable obligations
* Preparing, processing, and reporting invoices
* Dealing with invoice and income discrepancies with internal and external individuals
* Updating accounting databases and spreadsheets
* Securing revenue by posting receipts across multiple entities
* Documenting bank transactions
* Preparing weekly payment runs
* Maintaining financial records
* Ad-hoc tasks including filing, scanning and preparation of audit requests 
 The successful candidate will:
* Have experience as an Accounts Assistant
* Have experience with accounting software packages and Microsoft packages
* Great organisational and time management skills
* Ability to adhere to deadlines
* Desirably working towards AAT or is part qualified
