Job Description:
Page Personnel are working alongside a well known brand based in the Southport area. They are seeking a credit controller to join their team on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract. The candidate will be responsible for recovering any unpaid money from either businesses (B2B) or individuals (B2C).

Description
As a credit controller you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing client accounts and identifying outstanding debts
* Investigating historical data for debts and bills
* Taking actions to encourage timely payments
* Processing payments and refunds
* Resolving billing issues
* Reporting on collection activity and accounts receivable status
* Collaborating with the accounting department
* Understanding and adhering to financial regulations and legislation
Profile
A successful credit controller should have:
* Excellent knowledge of billing procedures
* Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* A keen eye for detail
* Good organisational skills
* Experience in a similar role
